Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the CrowdNoise Foundation?
An independent educational nonprofit that celebrates students and champions degree completion. We make academic-achievement awards to students who finish their degrees.
Why graduation?
Because the Foundation backs the student, not the season. Awards are academic-achievement awards, made after a student finishes their degree — never for playing, staying, or performing.
Who decides who receives an award?
The Foundation does. It holds the funds, applies board-approved criteria, and makes every award at its own discretion after verified graduation.
Is this NIL? Is the Foundation a collective?
No. The Foundation runs an educational, graduation-aligned model. It signs no NIL deals and requires nothing of students but finishing their degree.
Is the Foundation affiliated with any school?
No. The Foundation is independent, never claims a school’s endorsement, and is not affiliated with any school, conference, or the NCAA.
How is the Foundation related to CrowdNoise?
The Foundation grew out of the CrowdNoise community — fans, alumni, and neighbors who believe students deserve to be celebrated. It is an independent nonprofit and makes every award at its own discretion.
